Giving

How to support us

Thank you very much for your ongoing and generous support of Martyrs Church. The giving of your time, skills and finance to help the church thrive in mission and ministry is very much appreciated!

There are several different ways of giving financially explained below. Please contact us for more information regarding legacy payments.

Regular Giving

Parish Giving Scheme

If you are a U.K. tax payer please consider ticking the Gift Aid declaration box to help your gift go even further.

If you are interested in setting up a regular donation to the Church of the Martyrs, the easiest way would be to contact Parish Giving Scheme (PGS) on 0333 002 1271. Here someone will be available to help you to set up a regular direct debit gift over the phone.

Lines are open Monday to Friday, between 9.00 – 5.00pm. You will need to have your bank account details, church/parish name (Church of the Martyrs) and PGS parish code (190619044) to hand.

If you currently donate by this method and wish to review your giving or have another enquiry please also give them a call.

Although the preferred way from our end is PGS option above, there is also an option to give by standing order direct through your online banking platform, using our bank account details. Martyrs bank details are:

Account name: Church of the Martyrs
Sort code: 60-83-01
Account number: 20289924

Reminder: If you are a U.K. tax payer please consider ticking the Gift Aid declaration box to help your gift go even further.

Please contact the church office to let us know you have started giving.

One Off Giving

Give a little

We have also got a dedicated online giving account for people who would be interested in giving one off donation to our church general fund.

Cash or card in person

When at church there is an opportunity to either give by cash or envelopes using the ‘hole in the wall’ at the back of the church (on the right hand side when entering the inner door) or to give by contactless payment via a smart phone and card reader located at the back of the church.
